Designed in 1969, the Utensilo wall shelf by Dorothee Maurer Becker was produced by M Design Munich in West Germany, the company of her husband Ingo Maurer, in the 1970s and has become a sought-after icon of mid-century modern design. It is made of black ABS plastic and is in good condition with some signs of wear such as light scratches due to its age and use. It is marked on the underside. It has always been very popular and is still in production, but this example is an early version and will be the perfect addition to any space-age or mid-century modern interior, office, or home workspace!
