Carved oak plate

Hand-carved by Atelier Bloam from ancient oak wood, this large circular platter combines raw strength with delicate details. The manual chiselling reveals a vibrant and irregular pattern, while a few subtly charred areas enhance the depth and natural hues of the wood. A prominent split, stabilised by several metal staples, tells the story of the material, like a scar left visible. With a diameter of 55 cm, this piece can be used as a centrepiece, sculptural support, or wall element, adding an organic and unique touch to any space.
