Vintage louis kalff diplomat or z model table lamps set of 2, 1950s

Z model or 'diplomat' table lamps designed by louis kalff for philips. This model is one of louis kalff's best designs. It features a brass z shaped base with a single light point. The ufo styled shade is made of enamelled aluminum. Manufactured by the dutch company philips labeled on the lamp shade. Good overall condition, one has a small paint loss on the shade. The lamps are nearly identical, one being an first edition with a full black metal base and no philips label on the shade. The netherlands, 1950's. Tested and ready for use.
