Bouillotte table in Louis XVI style with marquetry, marble, and brass.

Elegant round side table in Louis XVI style, made of marquetry wood, resting on four tapered legs adorned with decorative fillets and finished with brass sabot feet. The apron features beautiful geometric chevron marquetry, highlighted by contrasting wood tones. A small drawer at the front is enhanced with a decorative metal knob. The top is made of veined white marble, surrounded by a very pretty openwork gallery in patinated brass, particularly decorative. The piece shows an old patina, with some signs of use, small marks, and irregularities consistent with its age. The marble top has an old repaired crack, clearly visible in the photographs. The brass gallery also retains its patina and some signs of wear. A characterful piece, very decorative, ideal as a side table, end table, accent table, or small salon table.
