Large old sandstone jar of Asace

Large jar or old jug made of alsace sandstone, this ancient jug was cooked with salt, and the blue color of the patterns was made with cobalt oxide. Generous shape very rounded lady jeanne type. Note a small shine inside the beak (see photo) if not very nice general condition. Height: 37 cm diameter: 24 cm.
