This mushroom-shaped lamp was designed by swiss artist and designer max bill, who inaugurated this now-classic design, for the swiss manufacturer temde leuchten in the 1960s. The frosted opaline globe diffuses a very soft light, the base is made of satin off-white lacquered metal. Swiss quality of course, and very good condition. Wiring checked and perfectly functional, vintage pear-type switch. Delivered with led bulb installed, this lamp is ready to plug in, to place on a desk, table or bedside table!
