Soufflenheim terracotta pottery pitcher with blue goose decor

This lovely pitcher comes from the Soufflenheim factory in Alsace. It is a small water jug or milk jug made of glazed terracotta. It is decorated with a delightful white geese motif on a light blue background. In good overall condition, this small jug measures 10.5 cm high X 8.5 cm wide and bears the mark "S" for Soufflenheim. I note discreet signs of use and scratches.
