Belgian ceramic wall panel — late 1970s

Abstract wall composition in glazed ceramic, made in Belgium in the late 1970s or early 1980s. This panel consists of an assembly of glazed terracotta pieces with organic and geometric shapes, creating a rhythmic and poetic decor. Notably, a stylised bird can be seen in the centre, as well as a sun in the upper right part, embodying a free spirit that is very representative of the decorative explorations of this period. The palette, with its muted and luminous shades, blends warm ochres, nuanced blues, watery greens, and deep browns.
