Herbarium Coffee Table by Roger Capron, Vallauris, 1970s

Ceramic coffee table signed Roger Capron, circa 1965. Beautiful Herbarium model. Charming vintage rectangular coffee table by Roger Capron from the 60s/70s (signature present). Cylindrical legs and stained oak structure. Rounded rectangular top in ochre ceramic from Vallauris. Each ceramic piece featuring a grass motif was handmade with real grass that dried during firing, creating these unique patterns. The signature "Capron Vallauris France" is present on one of the tiles. Very good original vintage condition, with some slight signs of use on the wood. Dimensions: 98x68 cm, height 28 cm.
