Desk, Louis Philippe period, known as Bonheur du Jour. Walnut and burr walnut veneer with rosewood framing strips. Black sheepskin leather. Recently refurbished by a cabinetmaker who graduated from the Boulle school. Overall dimensions: W: 98 cm H; 133 cm D: 48 cm. The upper part: W; 98 cm H; 47 cm D: 22 cm. Includes 1 large drawer, and on each side 3 small side drawers and 2 compartments, a central niche. The lower part of the desk: 4 larger drawers. For transport, the top can be separated.
