Vintage oriental silver-plated tea tray – Ø 60 cm

Sublime octagonal side table (Siniya) in silver-plated metal, resting on three removable metal feet. This artisanal piece with ethnic chic charm features remarkable hand-engraved work done with a chisel. A central medallion decorated with floral arabesques is framed by a border of geometric interlacing friezes. On the reverse, the tray displays its original stamps in Arabic calligraphy ('Amal al-ma'dan meaning "metal work") as well as a workshop number engraved (8). Ideal as a centrepiece on a raw wooden furniture, as a raised serving tray, or as a side table to bring a touch of light and character to your interior.
