Very beautiful carpet of persian corridor beloutch (is also written beloudj or baloutche). Pretty dark burgundy geometric patterns (a little darker in reality than in photos), surrounding a central pattern. The baluchis are an ethnic group divided between iran, pakistan and afghanistan. Dimensions of 193 X 47 cm. Label on the reverse with inscribed beloutch and dimensions. Good general condition, a few wires pulled on the edges. Model not quite straight, some distortions.
