1950s-60s Scandinavian teak nightstand with recessed-pull drawer, galleried top and lower shelf. Scandinavian teak nightstand of slender proportions: a floating case with a recessed-pull drawer and a top framed by a low gallery on three sides, carried by splayed tapered legs in lighter wood joined by a lower shelf. The contrast between the teak case and the paler base is a recurring feature of 1950s-60s Swedish and Danish design. Good condition. It may show signs of age and use.
