Metal workshop furniture for GMC Cckw 353 truck, US Army World War II 1941/1945

Rare workshop furniture with drawers 1941/1945 which fitted the American truck of the US Army, GMC Cckw 353 workshop during the Second World War. It is composed of 20 drawers of different sizes and a cover with a tilting door at the bottom numbered 21. The furniture is entirely in its original condition, it was used in American workshop trucks as established for the repair of weapons or major mechanics, welding or other. The piece of furniture is equipped with a 1 cm thick steel top called marble. Furniture can be reused or imagined in several ways. In an industrial interior, rare furniture could find its place, because it is very aesthetic. For a collector who would like to renovate a vintage GMC workshop or even to fit out a heavy vehicle for a long trip or safari, the furniture is ideal. An original system, a removable grid is placed on the drawers so as to block them during long journeys. This grid fits into the furniture and becomes invisible when in use (see photos). Furniture height 86 cm, width 1.23 meters, depth 51 cm.
