Semi-old hand-knotted wool rug. Iranian work from the 60s, this rug is decorated with three medallions with geometric patterns. In the field, geometric patterns and stylized flowers intertwine. The colors used for these old-fashioned pieces are made from natural mineral or vegetable dyes. Time does not really alter their colors but gives them a very beautiful patina of use. The soft wool has lost its thickness and can be very thin in places... The fringes are worn and short. This rug is intended for discerning people looking for beautiful old decor. Length: 126 cm.
