Ancient table landscape with trees – Gaëtan Dumas

An old painting representing a lush landscape dominated by tall trees. Gaëtan DUMAS was an artist born in 1879 and died in 1950. His works have been sold at public auctions 97 times, mostly in the Painting category. The oldest sale recorded on our site concerns the work Flowers presented in 1989 at Machoïr-Bailly (Painting) and the most recent concerns the work Studies of Stained Glass presented in 2026 (Drawing-Watercolour). The painting is worked with a thick texture and visible brushstrokes, in a palette mainly composed of greens and blues. Condition see photos. REF 416.
