Beautifully presented in its montparnasse style frame with keys, wood and patinated stucco with a slight gold leaf effect. Vincent roux, studying at the ecole supérieure des beaux arts in marseille, is a figurative painter. His rich career was rewarded with numerous prizes and artistic competitions. He created frescoes, sets and costumes for theatre and opera. He directed two art galleries in aix en provence and marseille. Many of these works are distributed in public and private collections.
