Antique double school desk in solid light wood (1930s-1940s) resting on four tapered legs. The top consists of two independently opening hinged flaps, providing access to two large internal storage compartments. The piece has been stripped and finished with clear wax to reveal the natural lightness of the wood. Signs of age (scratches, small incisions) that reflect its educational past without affecting its sturdiness. Ideal as a compact desk, dressing table, or entrance console.
