Antique bronze Art Nouveau ashtray signed Bouny

Superb bronze catchall from the Art Nouveau period (late 19th century — very early 20th century, around 1900). It is adorned with a delicate relief decoration representing strands of lily of the valley (leaves and bells), a highly typical asymmetrical botanical theme of this artistic period. As you have photographed it, it bears the incised signature of the artist A. Bouny, a French sculptor known for his decorative art objects in a botanical style.
