Beige corduroy crapaud lounge chair 1960s

Low crapaud lounge chair dating from around 1960, constructed with a wooden frame and coil-springs. The chair was later reupholstered in beige corduroy and finished with a pleated fabric skirt around the base. Its rounded back, generous seat and low proportions create the soft silhouette associated with this traditional chair type. A comfortable chair with a decorative yet understated appearance. In good vintage condition with light signs of use consistent with age.
