Vintage French oil painting of chrysanthemums, signed

Very beautiful vintage french oil painting on canvas, representing a bouquet of chrysanthemums. It's signed, but im not able to read the name. Here, in france, chrysanthemums are associated with mourning, with all saints' day. It could easily be a painting created from the pain or loss of someone. Even so, this piece does not suggest sadness at all, rather peace and calm. The painting is in good condition, but it would be good to stretch the canvas a little. The frame has some flaws, which you can see better by zooming in on the photos. With frame it measures 51 cm wide and 41 cm high and 6 cm deep. Without the frame it measures 40 cm wide, 30 cm high ans 2 cm deep.
