French vintage oil painting, signed L. Nöel

Oil painting on canvas, signed by l. Nöel. It represents a windmill in the countryside. I live in the south of france and it reminds me a lot of the style of these buildings here around. The scene suggests a lot of peace and life. I love the the brightness of the scene and the painter's choice of the color blue as predominant in the scene. The painting measures 27 cm wide, 41 cm high and 2 cm deep. It is in very good condition.
