3-Line Floor Lamp by Benny Frandsen, Denmark, 1980s

Awarded when it was presented in 1988, the 3-line floor lamp shows the skillful work done by benny frandsen on the trajectory and reflection of light. Hidden behind three metal rings, the bulb projects an ascending light that meets a first reflective surface whose central opening lets a light beam pass through that collides with a disc that distributes a soft peripheral light. The metal discs are black on the outside and white on the inside. Country: Denmark. Dimensions: Height: 135cm. Largest diameter: 48cm.
