Vintage writing desk with chrome X-shaped top and patinated crocodile leather.

We are delighted to offer for sale this charming vintage writing desk in unrefurbished patinated leather, either crocodile or alligator, with three full-sized drawers. It has a very contemporary designer look and feel, with a leather finish featuring a beautiful crocodile patina that balances well with the chrome. The desk has been cleaned, waxed, and polished from top to bottom. There are some visible wear marks, especially at the top left, with numerous small ring marks; otherwise, it is in very good overall condition. If the new owner wishes for it to be perfect, a complete manual re-dye is possible for around £350, which would make the desk better than new. Dimensions at the widest point: Height 78.5 cm, Width 120.5 cm, Depth 76 cm, Leg height 65.5 cm. Vintage goods always have a natural patina with cracks, creases, and wear. Regular waxing is recommended, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided for hand-dyed leather.
