Set of 6 cups and saucers, English porcelain from the mid-19th century.

Magnificent English porcelain tea service with polychrome and gold decoration dating from the mid-19th century: model no. 2890 (inscribed under each piece) and provenance from W.E. Toy, Chaussée d'Antin in Paris (stamped under one of the pieces - see photo). Materials: porcelain with polychrome decoration and gilding. Dimensions of the saucer: diameter 14.5 cm. Dimensions of the cup: diameter 10.4 cm x 13 cm (with handle) x height 5 cm. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, minimal wear including to the gilding.
