Pitcher in flamed glazed sandstone

Pitcher in glazed and flamed sandstone. The finish color is very nuanced depending on the places ranging from dark brown to dark yellow ochre. There are also small white/cream traces and imperfections due to this type of manufacture. All this makes it a unique and charming ancient pitcher. It has no cracks and two barely noticeable mini chips on top that blend into the mass of manufacturing irregularities. (see photos seen from above). It can be a beautiful object of authentic decoration. Diameter at the widest of about 18 cm, base of 12.5 cm for a height of 21 cm.
