Vintage service consisting of 12 dessert forks in silver-plated metal (or maillechort) with bright red Bakelite handles. France, circa 1940. The ferrules feature a stylised Art Deco design. Length of the fork: 16.5 cm. Even patina on the metal parts, consistent with the age of the service. Signs of use, slight oxidation of the metal, significant cracks on the Bakelite.
