Beautiful and rare demi-lune console table in the German Biedermeier style. Good condition. Table made of solid wood, probably mahogany or cherry. Extensions in veneer. Estimated to be from the 19th century. It folds in two to serve as a console. It can be round to serve as a dining table for 4 people. With the extensions, it can be oval for 6 to 10 guests. Unique and rare piece. 5 fixed legs and 2 additional foldable legs when the extensions are installed. The hinges are aged but functional (the table remains usable even without hinges) Length in demi-lune 55, length when round 110, length with 3 extensions 223 (extensions 2x39), width/diameter 110, height 75.
