Lloyd Loom Bedside Table

Vintage English bedside table from the 50s. The technique used, called "lloyd loom", consists of wrapping kraft paper around a metal wire using the same principle as caning. This technique was carried out to fill the shortage of rattan during the First World War. Beautiful vintage piece with some traces related to its age and use. Height: 65cm. Width: 41cm. Depth: 41cm.
