Chrome maroon boucle stools modernist 1970s vintage mushroom low slung retro

A pair of amazing low-slung stools, in a bold chrome mushroom shape and topped with a bouclé seat. The bouclé is from the prestigious isle mill, and is made from organic wool, coloured with a natural dye a fetching aubergine / maroon colour. The effortless modernism of these seats mean they would look fantastic in almost any interior, and would really lift the room with their sleek, simple lines and mirrored finish. Overall this pair is in a good condition. There are some scratches on the base, from 50 years of shoe scuffs and general wear – to be expected for pieces of this vintage.
