Shoe rack by Karl Fichtel

This shoe cabinet, attributed to designer Karl Fichtel, was produced in the 1950s by the Erlau wire manufacturing company. Its design resembles the wire cabinets by the same designer, with which it harmonises perfectly. It can hold several pairs of shoes, and its upper metal structure is ideal for hanging a curtain to conceal them. The entrance thus appears more organised and uncluttered.
