A set of 5 banana model chairs from the Lutherma house. Produced in the years 1955/58, this is an original model in its construction and design. Very cleverly, the backrest is essentially a comfort piece that is the keystone of the chair's structure. This chair model, nicknamed banana in France, is produced under the influence of Polish architects Wanda Genga and Marian Sigmund (chair model A587). The chairs have been fully restored. Honey oak colour. Sanding finish, grain 5000. Multiple layers of varnish. The seats are made of new chocolate-coloured faux leather. Height 82 cm. Seat height 46 cm. Width 42 cm.
