Landscape, oil on canvas signed porcheron on the back

Rural scene dating from circa 1950. Porcheron's name is indicated on the back of the painting. It is certainly lucien porcheron (1876-1957). Son of a mason, artist touches everything, he trained in the fine arts of tours, then paris in the workshop of the very academician jean léon gerome. He will rub shoulders with matisse and braque, but will never acquire such a great notoriety... He will produce a quality work inspired by the impressionist masters. This canvas has been cleaned and restored.
