Brass table lamp "aal" by rupert nikoll, austria, 1950s

This original vintage table lamp was designed and manufactured in Austria by RUPERT NIKOLL in the 1950s. This table lamp is model "Aal". The super rare and minimalist standing element is made of solid brass and metal. The lamp features its original round Chinese hat-shaped shade, which is still in good vintage condition, showing strong patina and some stains and discolorations on the outer shade as seen in the images. The lamp has a height of 25 cm including the shade. The light has a separate switch on the cord. Straightforward and minimalist design of the 1950s. This item is a wonderful addition to any modern home.
