Saint-louis set of 8 art nouveau thistle wine glasses lily of the valley engraving 1900 h13cm

This magnificent set of 8 wine glasses is made from hand-blown and molded crystal. From the art nouveau period, they date from the 1900s and are decorated with a floral pattern. Decorated with fine venetian ribbing, the flared rim is superb. The leg is long and very fine. With a fluid and flared shape, these glasses are made of clear and fine crystal, they are decorated with a delightful wheel-engraved lily of the valley decoration. It is quality work, full of fluidity and finesse, a creation of the saint-louis factory. The shape is that of the thistle service but not decorated with the usual thistles (we find a simple model in the 1930 catalog - in photo). In very good condition, these glasses are not signed. Two glasses have a chip. Dimensions: 13 cm high X 6.5 cm in diameter.
