6 ruby red wine glasses created by cristal d'arques / jg durand, vintage: the birth of the cristallerie d'arques glassworks dates back to 1825. It was then called the glassworks of the seven locks. A year later, she joined forces with another glassworks in nord-pas-de-calais, verrerie carpentier-mancel. It was not until 1893 that the name verrerie cristallerie d'arques was adopted. The beginning of the 20th century marked the passage of verrerie cristallerie d'arques into the hands of the durand family, who ensured the expansion and reputation of the factory on an international scale, first thanks to georges durand, then to his son jacques. Height of the glass: 12.9 cm diameter of the rim: 6.6 cm.
