Floor lamp in Murano glass by Venini, Italy 1960s

Very beautiful and unique Italian floor lamp made of Murano glass with a brass base from the famous Italian manufacturer Venini. The blown glass sphere is striped with wavy brown lines. The globe is integrated into a circular brass support. At the bottom of the Murano glass sphere is a brass cover, which also guides the power cable. The brass base has a very elegant shape, consisting of two circles connected by a slightly inward-curved foot. This Italian floor lamp is a perfect symbiosis of craftsmanship and Italian design. In good vintage condition, with wear consistent with age and use.
