Model 837 three-light adjustable ceiling lamp in wood and brass by temde leuchten, switzerland, 1960s rare three-light ceiling lamp, produced by temde leuchten in switzerland during the 1960s. The design features a circular wooden ceiling plate with three sculptural spotlights, each combining a beautifully grained wooden body with a flared brass shade. Each light can be individually tilted and directed, allowing the lamp to create either focused accent lighting or a broader atmospheric glow across the room. The warm wood and aged brass complement one another beautifully, while the radial three-light composition gives the design a balanced and distinctly mid-century appearance. Retaining its original label, the ceiling lamp is presented in very good vintage condition, with visible patina and minor traces of age and use consistent with its history. Studio haag also offers a matching set of wall lamps in the same design, making it possible to create a coherent lighting ensemble. A rare and versatile example of the refined craftsmanship and functional modernism associated with temde leuchten.
