Jérôme thibouville lamy (jtl) clarinet - paris, france. Addressed to waterhouse street london. Series 'b' municipal 1642b ebony finish 13 keys. Made around 1876 to 1900, it is stamped. Jérome thibouville (1833 - after 1905) was one of the first in france to recognize the potential of cheap serial musical instruments for distribution to the general public. This example is in good condition, but requires maintenance to restore it to its full splendor.
