Design umbrella stand "pluvium" by Giancarlo Piretti

White design umbrella stand by italian designer giancarlo piretti, for anonima castelli, dating from the 1970s. It consists of a cylindrical base surmounted by 6 rings that unfold in fan to accommodate 6 umbrellas (or canes etc...). The base, flared, has 6 receptacles for the tips of the umbrellas. The certification (g. Piretti and anonima castelli) is molded under the base. The object, in excellent condition, may contain very rare and very discreet traces of use.
