The 302 easy chair is a well-known classic by the famous mid-20th century dutch designer willem hendrik gispen. Originally created for the dutch company kembo in the 1950s, the 302 easy chair features a slender, solid steel structure inspired by nature, more specifically the world of insects. This magnificent armchair is also called "triennale", after receiving the triennale design award in 1954 in milan, italy. Later, this elegant model was taken into production by leolux. This is the younger version. With its beautiful black steel frame with angled seat and back, the 302 is a fantastically original addition to any space! The legs are finished with the original self-adjusting furniture caps, and the upholstery is a purple and pink wool fabric in perfect vintage condition - no fading or holes!
