In 1977, philippe starck created the john ild model, considered starck's first library design. Its name pays tribute to a character in the novel ubik, written by philip k. Dick, who is very present in starck's work. The structure of the library is composed of two studs made of black metal tube. These uprights can be simply placed against a wall and serve as a support for five black trays held by wires. Disform edition from 1982. Not stamped. Vintage, good condition.
