Art Deco wall mirror, made in the 1930s-40s. It is representative of the style with its structured silhouette, symmetrical composition, and geometric facets typical of this period. Its horizontal format gives it a strong graphic presence. The central mirror is framed by a wide bevel, a signature of meticulous mirror work. The lateral metal elements form stylised steps, characteristic of the Art Deco aesthetic. The patinated metal structure frames the mirror. The original wooden back, equipped with its metal framework and original hanging cord, confirms the authenticity and coherence of the whole piece. In addition to this quality of design, it carries the soul imparted by time, with a silvering that has developed spots and a metal adorned with a lovely natural patina. Thanks to its horizontal format, it is particularly suited for above a console, a chest of drawers, or a low piece of furniture, where it elegantly structures the wall. It also works perfectly in an entrance, living room, or bathroom. Dimensions: W.87 X D.3 X H.48 cm (glass: W.72 X H.45.5 cm) Careful packaging. If the destination is outside Europe, please contact us.
