From the 1960s/1970s, sought after and collected, this globe swivels and rotates on its metal axis in good condition. Globe covered with 24 half-quarters with polychrome cardboard reliefs reconstructing planet earth entirely. Mapping by esselte map stockholm with different colors for cultivated land, steppe, savannah, desert, conifer and hardwood forest, tundra, dense rainforest, snowy and icy land with a sizeable classification of populations of cities of less than 100, 000 inhabitants to more than 500, 000 inhabitants represented by stars of different shapes. Global diameter alone 300 mm. Scale 1: 41849600. Graduated meridian in gold metal. Note that the junctions of the half-neighborhoods are complete and just a little taken off (normal given the age).
