Black desk lamp by Oskar Immerschied for PGH Metalldrücker Halle

This black TK-501 desk lamp was designed by Oskar Immerschied in the 1960s and manufactured by PGH Metalldrücker Halle in Germany. It features an interesting, functional design. The shade is made of sheet aluminum and steel and can be rotated 360 degrees. The entire lamp can also be adjusted on a chrome-plated steel arm. The arm, attached to the base, also has forward and backward tilt adjustments using a Bakelite knob. The base is made of cast iron, ensuring stability when adjusting the shade. The lamp is in original condition with minor signs of use and slight discoloration on the shade. It has been cleaned and electrically tested (the power cord required replacement).
