Vintage French double light earthenware wall lamp

Vintage French hand painted toleware wall light. The back plate is round with a flower shaped edge. From the back plate comes a scrolling branch with leaves and daisy like flowers. The arms are curved and lead to leaf shaped candle holders and the candle drops are cream plastic. The light has been repainted at some point during its long life in black, dark green, pink and cream. There is a hanging hoop at the top of the light to hang it on the wall. The light has 2 core French wiring and takes 2 small e14 screw bulbs. They have been crudely hand painted at some point and have paint chips, please see photos.
