This teak sideboard, designed by French designer André Monpoix (circa 1960), perfectly illustrates the modernist elegance of the 1960s: balanced proportions, clean lines, and the warmth of the wood. Its 201 cm length gives it a commanding yet unobtrusive presence, ideal for structuring a dining room, living room, or office. The interior features three central drawers flanked by a door on each side. While the interior shelves are absent behind the doors—leaving a flexible, open space—the overall design offers functional and versatile storage. The top has been repainted in a slightly glossy off-white, creating a lovely contrast with the teak and adding a fresh, contemporary touch. A piece of furniture with character, imbued with authenticity, that reveals all the finesse of post-war French design. Condition: good overall condition; some signs of wear; top repainted off-white (slightly glossy). Interior shelf missing near the doors.
