Louis XV style fireplace screen in gilded wood and tapestry with needlepoint.

Louis XV style fireplace screen in gilded wood, adorned with a tapestry featuring floral bouquets in blue, green, and ivory tones. The ornate frame is topped with a shell, and the sides rest on two scroll feet decorated with carved foliage. The back is covered with an off-white fabric, torn and partially detached at the top, needing repair. The gilding shows wear and some chips on the reliefs, consistent with age; the tapestry is complete, with slight discolorations. Suitable for placement in front of a hearth or as a decorative element in a classic living room. Dimensions: Width: 72 cm. Height: 96 cm. Depth: 43 cm.
