Pair of Vintage Ewers - Hubert Bequet (Model 323 Chantal)

Superb pair of vintage Belgian faience vases in the shape of ewers, created in the mid-20th century (1950s-1960s) by the famous art manufacturer Hubert Bequet in Quaregnon. This is model number 323, featuring the polychrome decoration named "Chantal". Each piece is entirely hand-painted and showcases a beautiful motif of a colourful bird of paradise/peacock, surrounded by foliage and baroque flowers. CONDITION: very good vintage condition, no chips, normal wear to the gilding. Packed with the utmost care.
