Pair of antique medallion chairs, boudoir seats in Louis XVI style. Dimensions 38x44xh97cm, seat height 47cm. Carved painted wood (cracked effect) and blue velvet. Upholstered on the back as well. Pretty floral patterns and bows carved and painted in very soft pastel colours. Some discreet signs of use: paint missing on 2 side rails (see photo) and 1 invisible tear under each seat (no impact on aesthetics or sturdiness). Plump and comfortable: ) Lovely rococo and baroque chairs, full of charm. Keywords: armchair, shabby chic, vintage furniture.
